And they went into Capernaum;
and immediately on the Sabbath entering the synagogue he taught.
And they were amazed at his teaching;
for he was teaching them as one having authority,
and not as the scholars.

And just then in their synagogue
was a person with an unclean spirit,
and he cried out saying, "Why are you among us, Jesus Nazarene?
Did you come to destroy us?
I know who you are, the holy one of God."

And Jesus reprimanded him saying,
"Be quiet and come out of him."
And convulsing him and crying in a loud voice
the unclean spirit came out of him.

And everyone was astounded, so that they debated
saying, "What is this? A new teaching with authority;
he even commands the unclean spirits, and they obey him."
And his fame immediately went out
everywhere in the whole region of Galilee.
Mark 1:21-28

And he went down into Capernaum, a town of Galilee.
And he was teaching them on the Sabbath;
and they were amazed at his teaching,
because his word was with authority.

And in the synagogue was a person
having an unclean demon spirit,
and he cried out in a loud voice, "Eah!
Why are you among us, Jesus Nazarene?
Did you come to destroy us?
I know who you are, the holy one of God."

And Jesus reprimanded him saying,
"Be quiet and come out from him."
And throwing him down in the middle
the demon came out from him without harming him.

And astonishment came upon all,
and they spoke with each other saying, "What is this word,
that with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits
and they come out?"
And a report went out about him into every place of the region.
Luke 4:31-37

And immediately going out of the synagogue
they came into the home of Simon and Andrew with James and John.
And the mother-in-law of Simon was laying down with fever,
and immediately they tell him about her.
And approaching he raised her holding her hand;
and the fever left her, and she served them.

And evening coming, when the sun had set,
they brought to him all those who were ill and demon-possessed;
and the whole town was gathered at the door.
And he healed many who were ill with various diseases,
and he expelled many demons,
and he did not allow the demons to speak, for they knew him.
Mark 1:29-34

And Jesus going into the home of Peter
saw his mother-in-law laid up and fever-stricken;
and he touched her hand, and the fever left her;
and she rose, and served him.

And evening coming they brought to him
many who were demon-possessed;
and he expelled the spirits with a word,
and he healed all those who were ill;
Thus was fulfilled what was spoken
through Isaiah the prophet saying,

"He took our ailments and bore our diseases."
Matthew 8:14-17

And getting up from the synagogue he entered the home of Simon.

And the mother-in-law of Simon was distressed by a great fever,
and they asked him about her.
And standing over her he reprimanded the fever, and it left her;
and standing up at once she served them.

And as the sun was setting,
all who had those ailing from various diseases
brought them to him;
and putting his hands on each one of them he healed them.
And also demons came out from many,
shouting and saying, "You are the son of God."

And reprimanding them he would not allow them to speak,
for they knew he was the Christ.
Luke 4:38-41

And getting up very early in the night he went out
and went away into a deserted place, and there he prayed.
And Simon and those with him searched for him,
and they found him and say to him,
"Everyone is looking for you."

And he says to them,
"Let us go elsewhere into the neighboring towns,
so that there also I may preach;
for I came out for this."
And he went into their synagogues in all of Galilee
preaching and expelling demons.
Mark 1:35-39

At the coming of day, going out he went into a deserted place;
and the crowds were searching for him,
and came upon him, and prevented him from going away from them.

I must bring the good message of the sovereignty of God,
because for this I was sent."
And he was preaching in the synagogues of Judea.
Luke 4:42-44

teaching in their synagogues
and preaching the good message of the sovereignty
and healing every disease and every malady among the people.

and those suffering pain,
the demon-possessed and lunatics and paralytics,
and he healed them.
And large crowds followed him from Galilee and Decapolis
and Jerusalem and Judea and beyond the Jordan.

saying to him, "If you are willing, you can cleanse me."

And in compassion reaching out his hand he touched him
and says to him, "I am willing; be cleansed."
And immediately the leprosy went away from him,
and he was cleansed.

And warning him sternly he immediately threw him out,
and he says to him, "See that you tell no one anything,
but go show yourself to the priest
and offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded,
as testimony to them."
Mark 1:40-44

And look, a leper coming bowed before him
saying, "Lord, if you are willing, you can cleanse me."

And reaching out his hand he touched him
saying, "I am willing; be cleansed."
And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

And Jesus says to him, "See that you tell no one,
but go show yourself to the priest
and offer the gift which Moses commanded, as testimony to them."
Matthew 8:2-4

And it happened while he was in one of the towns
that look, a man full of leprosy,
and seeing Jesus, falling on his face he begged him
saying, "Lord, if you are willing, you can cleanse me."

And reaching out his hand he touched him
saying, "I am willing; be cleansed."
And immediately the leprosy went away from him.

And he ordered him to tell no one,
"But going away show yourself to the priest,
and offer for your cleansing as Moses commanded,
as testimony to them."
Luke 5:12-14

But going out he began to proclaim many things
and spread the word,
so that he was no longer able to enter the towns openly,
but he was outside in deserted places;
and they came to him from everywhere.

But the word about him went around even more,
and large crowds gathered to hear
and be healed from their ailments;
but he was withdrawing in the deserts and praying.
